Rotating Brush is fitted at the exit end of the washer barrel and turns in the opposite direction to the barrel. 

Potatoes with deep 'eyes' which retain particles of soil are brushed clean by the soft rotating bristles of the brush.

The brush has an independent motor and the gap between the bottom of the brush and the barrel is adjustable on a winding handle. This enables more or less action by the brush on the crop.
