Tong Peal hydrocoolers have outputs ranging from 1 to 20 tons per hour.

The capacities depend on the type of product and the temperature required.

An interlocking plastic belt is used to convey the product  below the deluge of refridgerated water with a variable speed motor controlling the crop flow.

The water holding tank is fitted with a recirculating pump and large emptying/cleaning doors.  Various emptying methods are available.

The recirculation pump supplies water to the refrigeration coils which are mounted above the machine.

The refrigeration package stands away from the machine.

Stainless steel fabrication is becoming a standard but mild steel machines are available with stainless steel product contact points.
