Destoner feeding a Barrel Washer and Roller Table.

 A Fluidised Bed Destoner 900mm wide fitted to the Washer, complete with its own self contained pump with a chevron Elevator for stones.  The pump is fed from the side of the Washer via a screen with a cleaning system removing floating debris.  The Destoner is fed via a 1.2 metre long x 900mm wide PVC belt with removable high sides and pivot down for transport.

 A BAW4010SC Semi-Submerged Barrel Washer with a 4 metre long x 1000mm diameter special shaped stainless steel drum, suspended on multi-strand V belts driven from a large diameter overhead drive shaft with 3 phase fixed speed motor.  The drum is half pintle lined and is fitted with a fixed regulating outlet door and a self draining Web Elevator with 3 phase fixed speed motor and 2 bacterial rinse bars overhead.  The tank is fitted with a 4" knife valve, high sides to the Elevator and baffle chute to the Inspection Table.  The barrel is fitted with a 1 metre brush.  Baffled over flow both sides.

A scraper chain system with external bearings is mounted in the bottom
of the Washer to remove sediment (earth/soil) as it settles out during
washing.  This chain system is driven by a fixed speed motor with slip
clutch.  The scraper chain runs all the time the Washer is running.  At
the end of the washing period the chain continues cleaning the tank for
approximately 1 hour, so the following day the water is relatively
clean, allowing washing with the same water.  This also saves cleaning
out time at the end of the day and conserves water.

All mounted in a common 5 metre long tank with a floating debris tank
fitted with a scraper filter screen mounted on the side of the tank.  A
large cleaning out door is fitted on both sides of the tank.
The Washer is mounted on a chassis complete with wheels, access ladder to a platform one side and detachable drawbar.
