The four wash lines have identical specification barrel washers.

A heavy duty drive system with triplex vee belts and an inverter controlled variable speed motor ensure the barrel is correctly driven.

A scraper screw in the bottom of the water tank moves mud to an exit chamber where it is elevated out of the tank by scraper chains.
