A single side eject box tipper feeds the system.

Tipping the box 160 degrees ensures they are correctly emptied. 

The inclined in-line conveyor gives an even feed to the system and is a reservoir for crop whilst boxes are being changed.

Capacity is inreased by using a side eject system for the empty box. This allows the forklift driver to always put a full box into the tipper cradle.  He then removes the emptied box from the side eject conveyor.

The box tipper is micro processor controlled via crop sensors and is fully automatic.  Light sensors protect the entrance to the tipper so full health and safety measures are met.
