Six rows of adjustable stars 1800mm wide remove the loose soil from the crop.

Three 1800mm wide Easy-Grade screen sizing sections then grade the tubers into four sizes.  Three can pass into the packhouse for inspection and distribution to silo/bin storage or big bags.

Another grade can go directly to  a box filler and another direct to a washing system and then into silo/bin storage for packing.

The whole system is controlled from a touch screen which gives Esplet full flexibility in their production.
