L.E.V started up in the present form in 2002. The company is at Ytterby, Stora Mellösa in Örebro District, about 25 km east of Örebro.

The business is to buy potatoes from farmers around Sweden and when neccessary to import from europe, then wash, sort, pack and finally distribute it to supermrkets, shops and wholesalers throughout the country.

LEV invested in a Tong Peal system to give them more flexibility and efficiency in their pack house.

The new system comprises of - Big bag/ box tipper, reception belt, soil extractor, screen sizing, destoning, washing and polishing.
