The Tong Peal range of roller inspection tables gives the user a strong, well made and reliable machine.

The sit/stand model has the rollers returning at a low level which allows the operators to sit with their legs between the top and bottom rollers.  The rollers are guarded, of course, to allow safe working.

Capacities range from 2 to 20 tons per hour.  Roller widths begin at 450mm and increase to 1500mm.  Any length can be supplied with standard lenths being 1.8m, 2m, 2.4m and 3.6m.

A fixed speed or variable speed motor can be supplied.

Side fitted reject chutes and a side delivery conveyor can be fitted for easy disposal of rejected product.

Inspection stands can be fitted when required which include access steps, toe plates and hand rails. Each satisfy  EC health and safety legislation for CE marking.

Pvc rollers are fitted as standard with a 60mm diameter.  When fitted to the side chains there is a gap of 10mm between each roller.

Stainless steel rollers can be supplied as can fluted rollers.

For special applications smaller diameter rollers can be used to turn small product.
